Excellent stay. Laura was kind and attentive to our messages. She allowed early check in when our flight into Bogota was early. Location is central and safe. The apartment and the facilities provided are new and clean. When our flight to Bogota was delayed by 1 day and we couldn’t stay on our first night, Laura did not charge us for that night. It made us felt so welcomed to Colombia. Love it!

Great location in a nice building, good WiFi, 24hr doorman. Lots of good food options nearby. Warm shower. Would happily return!

We were able to enter early. Coffee available in apartment. Good selection of tv channels.
