The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. they made both myself, My Son and our dog feel extremely welcome. the room was beautifully decorated in a traditional style in keeping with the age of the building. Our evening meal was something special I had the chefs special pie of the day and I have to say it rates as one of the nicest pies I have had in a very long time (chicken, mushroom and tarragon). the fat chips were perfect and seasonal veg was cooked to perfection. The location was perfect only 12 minutes from chichester Uni Bognor Regis (which was the reason for our visit) it was also close to the beach ( a short drive 10 mins max). there was a dog safe park 5 min walk away where our little pooch could run around. there was also several shops close by for anything we needed. Breakfast (full English) was delicious. and all the staff were fussing our dog which she loved. Other reviewers have said about water presuure for shower was poor. This was not my experience it was plenty to have a nice relaxing shower. Tv and coffee making facilities in room were great and not being a massive tv watcher we were not bothered about channel selection but all the freeview channels were availalbe no issue. good internet speed (free wifi). Would not hesitate to book again for my next trip to Bognor Regis. a real gem being a pub as well there was no excessive noise in our room and traffic noise was minimal.
