The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

fantastic location, a few metres walk to the beach, and a lovely beach cafe (the Lobster Pot). Lovely house, very modern, looks like this has very recently been totally renovated, exceptionally clean, has everything you need. Local shops (a butcher, who also sells groceries, and an off licence) within a 10 minute walk. Falpham is a very nice community.

The location was exceptional. The cottage was very cosy and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleased with our choice to stay at this cottage. Definitely would recommend.
