Location is fantastic, great to have parking free of charge, local restaurants easy to reach, quiet at night, amazing views of the sea and great for walking. Kitchen and lounge very nice for a family to have room and the outside deck is amazing to watch the world go by.

Lounge was comfy and cosy with good central heating and hot water. Lovely sitting in the window in the winter sun enjoying the view. Big kitchen table, good for our family. Off street parking always a bonus, note the narrow entrance. Right on the beachfront. Fireworks display right outside on beach on New year's eve.

This is an amazing house that was very clean and comfortable in a brilliant location with fantastic sea views. its own little garden in the front was perfect for sitting and watching the world go by and as long as you didn't mind a fishbowl effect, it was fine. The facilities in the house were all operational and the kitchen and the entire house was well equipped. The property was easy to find, has one parking space (a little tight to get to if you have a big SUV) we left the car parked the whole 5 days and walked or used public transport which was so easy especially if you get a day pass for the bus (easy to purchase via an app). We ate at the hotel next door most evenings which was convenient and offered good food close by- Literally 5 walking steps away! Other food places very close by and fish and chips takeaway had to be done one night! We found the property quiet and perfect for us but there was only two of us there. It might have been more of a squeeze if all of the rooms were used as the toilet and bathrooms are quite small to accommodate a large party. The noisy air conditioning from the hotel next door might have been more of an issue if you had a full house, but it didn't bother us. The property upstairs was also let out and you do hear the noise from above but it was not enough to be annoying. We had a couple of issues regarding the downstairs bathroom which we mentioned to the hosts who have been very communicative and hopefully these have been sorted for future stays. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back again for a lovely restful few days.
