Everything about the place was excellent. Kashmira, your Relations Manager was outstanding. She did everything possible. As a disabled person I would ask that a grip handle be put near the bath to assist in getting in and out or have a few rooms converted to just showers. No ne baths these days.

Bed was super comfortable. Service exzellent. Taxi order 3.45 a.m.Was there before time. Very importanr. I only can recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay! The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star standard. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

We loved everything about the stay. We were travelling with a kid and the resort was perfect for kids to enjoy. We were given a free upgrade. The staff on checkin day was really helpful and kind. Rest of the experience was really great.
