The room was nice a clean and good enough for me and my mum. The staff a Mrs very friendly and accommodating. Whenever we asked for an extra duvet and toilet paper it was always given. They helped us book our taxis also. The breakfast was good. And because it was a birthday trip they have us a gorgeous little cake. Emir was absolutely lovely and kind and always in good spirits when helping us. The location is right in the Bodrum old town by the marina which is excellent as Restaurants, shops , Bodrum castle are all a walking distance Would recommend Costa maya to anyone.

The location was excellent. All areas were kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Nice shower, comfortable beds. Aircon in the rooms was gratefully received, as well as a small fridge. The rooms were basic, so I would recommend personal toiletries. Staff were always available to help.

It was very close to the centre and very accessible to many restaurants and the markets. The staff were very accommodating and very helpful. Upon our arrival, our room was upgraded to make our day enjoyable which it definitely did.The breakfast was very nice. I will definitely be coming back again very soon.

This was a great hotel, the pool and facilities were really nice and the staff at the bar and reception were fun and also really helpful whenever we had an issue. The rooms were nice and clean and the recommendations from the hotel of where to go were always good. Also the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the marina so it is in a really good location.
