Overall staff are professional and courteous. Very welcoming and friendly. Daniela, the customer relations mgr, is exceptionally attentive and always helpful. Shout out for young team incl.Aznar, Adar Enre jnr & Della (sorry for any mistype). Nice pool, nice breakfast but the human aspect made the big difference for us. Well done!

Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Danielle, the Guest Relations representative. Poolside area lovely and bar pleasant to sit in.

All the staff were really nice and very helpful. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. Recommend if you want to relax and switch off. Great breakfast every morning too!

I usually don’t write a lot of reviews or feedback however.. this hotel and especially the staff deserves a solid 10/10 The bar staff, the guest relation manager I would love to take them with me! Whatever, whenever you ask something.. nothing is too much. We will definitely be coming back!!
