We had a really lovely stay at The Smithy Cottage. The owners were extremely friendly (we even got to meet the horses!), and the welcome of jam and cream scones was a gorgeous touch. The front room with the fire was beautiful and cosy, the kitchen was modern and well laid out, and the back garden was lovely with peaceful neighbours all around. The bathroom was also a highlight — beautifully done, with very hot water and a great bath.

Perfect in every way. So comfy and spotlessly clean, everything to hand. It was quite off the beaten track but that added to the peace and quiet. scrummy cream tea waiting and lovely flowers. Great place for walking over the moors.

Great property located in Pendrift, 3/4 of a mile North of Blisland. Property had everything we could want with a large dog in tow.. Property very spacious. Great seating indoors, lovely conservatory and in garden. Good food and drink in Blisland Inn pub only 3/4 mile down the road. The pub do not do small portions! Fantastic owners, welcome included cream tea, bottle of fizz and milk. Highly recommended, would stay again!
