Louella and Robin were very kind and hospitable. Old Deer House was so peaceful and the views from it were awesome. We had a lovely room with a comfortable four poster bed. The shower was literally the best I have encountered. Breakfasts were superb...on the terrace looking across the boating lake to the valley below and more or less anything you wanted to eat was available. A very special and unique place on the edge of the moor with wild ponies. Suggest pay attention to the directions provided by Louella because satnav didn't work for us ( we use Waze).

wonderful hospitality , fabulous breakfasts. Totally unique place to stay very detailed instructions to the property as it is remote, and great to have detailed instructions to local pubs etc. The views across the moors and from the property are just fabulous. Great stop off if exploring Cornwall.
