We ate in the lounge provided for premium guests which was lovely as was the service . The rooms were very nice although perhaps more clothes space could be provided. One person in particular stood out . His name was Pete and he greeted guests at the front door . He exemplifies everything that Marriott stands for in terms of inclusiveness . This gentleman was a wonderful example for you as a number of guests said. It’s a shame more organisations don’t showcase their people this way .
