The location is fabulous. You can walk to the beach and downtown Boca. This is not a hotel. There is not maid service but there are fresh towels and supplies. Having a washer dryer was useful. It is very quiet and low key. The accommodations are very nice. It is not fancy or elaborate but it is very comfortable and easy. The kitchen works well for our needs and is updated. This is our second time at this property and we would stay again.

365 Ocean sits in a perfect location, across from the beach and a short drive to great food and walk-about entertainment. The suites are clean. The staff is great. Everything is attended to, but you're very much independent.
