location was great. Across the road from the main safe swimming beach and only a short walk to the ocean beach for excellent fishing. Nothing in the area as far as location goes (not even a coffee van) so make sure you have your supplies, but a short drive to Anna Bay and Nelson Bay for many options. Not too much trouble.

Location and facilities were fantastic, my only feedback which actuallly worked in our favour was the internet was not working (good for the kids) other then that we were very happy and will likley book agaion for next year.
