I enjoyed being immersed in history and surrounded by beautiful antiques and works of art, all of which are lovingly cared for. The manager and her staff treat all guests as special and do whatever is needed to ensure a memorable visit. I was a frequent visitor to the spa and treatments were very professional and caring. Thank you.

Very special heritage hotel, staffs are super nice always smiling and helpful. The restaurant is also authentic with plenty of selections includes breakfast and afternoon tea snacks. The room is very clean and comfy. I’m amazed with their attention to details👍 come experience the great hospitality and will definitely come back again! Thank you hotel tugu

I like everything with this hotel...especially with all the staffs...superb service, very friendly and helpful like a family members. I get a very nice room. clean floor, bathroom, good bedfor rest. Love the unique classic decoration. The hotel's food nice too. Would coming back if have chance again to stay in this hotel.
