Excellent location, the staff couldn’t do more for us from parking the car to find us a space, late checkout, helping us with dinner reservations and were given an upgrade to a balcony suite for free - room 109

The location of the hotel was fantastic with stunning views. The staff we very friendly and helpful . The breakfast menu had a good selection of hot and cold options and they catered for my husbands gluten Intolerence , unfortunately this didn’t appear to transfer to the evening menu so we didn’t eat in either of the restaurants . However a member of staff really went out of his way to make a gf open sandwich to eat at the lido which was very appreciated. The choice of food at the lido was limited in general . Having use of the rowing boats for an hour for free was lovely and the lido area was well managed. I also noticed the water was quality checked early in the morning in the sectioned off lido for hotel guests which was reassuring.
