We had to walk in at 10pm after being cancelled from another hotel ... They were super helpful and managed yo sort us a room , premium !! Great staff , even the maintenace staff were still working and made sure we were happy .. We had a room overlooking the trains , a little tick of a bucket list without realising ..

Breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding. Hotel is lovely and modern, very clean and right on the four of the train station but with no noise. The only thing that let it down was the intermittent reception staff, could never find anyone when you needed them and not always the friendliest. Would still return as I would hope the hotel chain reads reviews and trains staff accordingly.
