As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.CLEANING: Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days. Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.SERVICES: A BABY KIT suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)
When travelling with PETS, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that just pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. Views from balcony especially at sunrise are beautiful. There is a great restaurant Santi’s right across the road from apartments with plenty of bars and other restaurants around the area. The centre of Blanes is a 15 minute stroll along the seafront. The apartments have laundry facilities in the basement which is great if you are there for a couple of weeks. Bus station is about a 10 minute walk away.

The view from the seafront apartment is just amazing. The studio apartment is perfect for two people, it is equipped with everything you need. Smooth check-in and check-out process, friendly staff. We would recommend it to everyone!

This apartment was perfect for our needs after several weeks travelling. It was light and airy, spacious and clean. The location was fabulous for the beach with shops and restaurants nearby. We appreciated the use of a washing machine too! Parking on the road was free as we visited after 15 September.

Nice, big balcony, well equipped kitchen. Excellent location just opposite to the beach and ferry stop, but a little further from main entertainment area, which for sure is an advantage.
