The fine print
Please note that the property can only accommodate a maximum of two dogs per chalet. An additional fee of GBP 10 per dog, per day, or GBP 50 per dog, per week, is payable in cash on arrival. No other pets are allowed. Please inform Ericht Holiday Lodges in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Note: Please note that the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that cots may not fit in the bedrooms and may need to be placed in the living room area. Please check each lodge description for more information.Please note: that commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodations.This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Please ensure that you fill in full details of all guests as per occupancy, either on the Booking.com site or directly with Ericht Holiday Lodges. The lodge was clean, fresh and perfectly located. From booking to departure the process was smooth and Kay was a perfect host.

Met by Kay who showed us around the accommodation, lodge was lovely, welcome basket with all the essentials and a jug of milk in fridge. Lodge was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms looked out onto the river. Good recycling facilities and bird feeders dotted around, would defo stay again

The lodges are tucked away just off the main road making it easy to get to but private and initimate at the same time. The host, Kay, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a lovely break

We recently stayed at Ericht Holiday Lodge and had a really lovely experience overall. The lodge was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The surroundings were peaceful and made it a perfect getaway from the busy routine. We especially appreciated how cosy and well-maintained the accommodation was. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was also great for exploring the local area, with beautiful scenery nearby. Any minor issues were very small and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, we would definitely recommend Ericht Holiday Lodge to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, and we’d happily return in the future.
