not sure what the breakfast was ! but we loved the whole experience the property is absolutely peaceful , comfortable , relaxing , had all we needed for a wonderful stay . the spa once working on our last evening was awesome . plenty of card / board games to play with family , exceptionally comfortable ! very pleasant stay .

Me and my friends had such an amazing relaxing 2 nights (wish we stayed longer) so close to Rye shops, very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Absolutely loved our stay thank you!

Although we stayd here during the busy Easter long weekend, the surrounding area is very quiet. You can sit outside and hear the roar of the ocean. The house is well laid out and the beds were super comfy@ The highlight was great having our own spa we could hop into at any time 😊 Plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets were available and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment and serving ware.
