The property was clean and well organised and had everything we needed. We stayed there because a family member was having an operation at Blacktown hospital and we wanted to be nearby. What was exceptional about our stay was that the host helped us when we checked out early having been told our family member was being discharged and then couldn't get back in when our family member was suddenly told they had to stay longer in hospital. This was at considerable inconvenience to the host, late at night, and we were really impressed by their kindness to us.

Even though the building's exterior looked old, everything inside was clean and of good quality. The room temperature was easily managed with the A/C, and the bed and bathroom were super clean. The host was tremendously kind. We forget to pack one of our items inside the place, the host brought it back to us with no problem. Thanks again!

The unit was clean and very tidy. Close to a lot of amenities.
