Very clean and welcoming. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location great. Continental breakfast but plenty of choice. Nice rooms we had a double and a twin, both nice.

Loved the location, it's in easy reach of everything....short walk to the carpark ( pay and display), sea front, attractions and trams. The hotel was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Our hosts were lovely, friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, warm and the beds comfortable. Continental breakfast was available with a good selection of food, fruit, cereal,toast, hot and cold drinks as well as snacks...too many to mention. I had a banana,croissants and chocolate spread.. just because! 😁 My husband had toast. It was self service so you could have as much or little as you wanted/ needed.

I put in my review for the hotel, would have preferred a hot breakfast not just cereal and toast .
