Wasn't expecting much for the price as if was a last minute getaway, but honestly the room was clean, the hotel manager was always a call away the bed was nice and comfortable and the shower pressure was great. Was a 2 minute walk to the main road which was brilliant after a few drinks lol but would happily stay here again

Cituated close to, but not too near to the 'sea front' (the incredibly bad photo attached is from the front of the hotel to Blackpool tower) so you are within walking distance but not too close to the bustle. It was a basic room at a basic price but that's why we booked it, we got what we asked, (and paid) for. We travelled on the wettest and windiest weekend possible and our planned event was cancelled so had little to do. The TV in the room was broken on our arrival, but within 10 minutes of our call, we were provided with an Internet ready replacement. The Owners/staff were extremely pleasant as were the other guests we encountered. Not having restrictions of waking to make 'breakfast time' meant we could do what we wanted, when we wanted, and morrisons cafe do a great deal on certain meals (£15 for 2 adults) and isnt too far away. Whatever your purpose, family break or work activity, this place could work for you! Will definitely look to book again if we venture this way in the future.

The location was great, right near the beach and central pier, the hotel was great could be better but especially great for the price!

The staff were friendly and showers were fantastic. Stone throw from the beach and shops.
