We had smaller kids, so was like a home from home atmosphere.Minor cleaning products available to clean tables etc .Cleaner arrived right on time at checkout deadline time and was very friendly and understanding of us leaving ten minutes later due to trying to load the car and get the kids in the car. Would recommend.

Very clean, off street parking, Netflix, complementary pods for coffee maker, responsive staff., location, sofa bed. I’d happily return.

Clean house and facilities such as shower and kitchen were good. Our sleep was disturbed, by a noisy boiler, that made a noise every 5 to 10 minutes. The sofa bed was stiff to put away. There was an electric socket loose in the kitchen. The outside drain seemed blocked , as it overflowed. The stair bannister didn't go all the way and could be dangerous, if you lost your balance.

Clean comfy & well decorated. Excellent customer service with a couple of issues. But very helpful & complimentary gift ax an apology.
