The hotel is very cosy and the owners are lovely. It's very well located, 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from Blackpool's main attractions. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 3 nights. It's very good value for money.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We booked a family suite which gave us plenty of space. A bedroom with a double bed and small single bed, along with a second room with bunk beds a single on top and double on the bottom. Perfect for my daughter and her 2 cousins to share. Hosts were exceptionally friendly and very attentive. My mother struggles with her mobility and on our arrival we were assisted with taking our luggage to our room. My daughter and 2 nieces had a wonderful time and were asked everyday what their plans were and whether they had, had fun on return to the accommodation. On our final morning they were invited by Tracey to each pick a precious sea shell from her own personal collection. The girls have already asked when we can return to Blackpool! Overall we had a wonderful stay, the weather was nice and sunny and the hotel more than met our needs. We will be back again 🙂

The owners were really welcoming and friendly. Helped us with packing the car up when we tried to leave in a hurry to beat the bad weather. Really friendly and asked us about our days. Felt like part of the family.
