Very enjoyable stay would highly recommend we were well looked after . The breakfast was lovely so was the room . The weather was red hot and really appreciated the fan provided .we will definitely be back

As soon as you enter it smelt fresh and clean, hosts very welcoming, parking straight outside, tram stop just down the road, tea coffee biscuits in room, wooden coat hangers a plus! Lots of storage for clothes. Breakfast amazing, I have a fussy teen who said he would go to maccies for breakfast but it was so good he atevthere every day. Breakfast cooked to order not pre cooked. Definitely return
