The hotel does not accept single-sex parties.Please request a bath, shower or shower over bath in the Special Requests section when booking. The property will do their best to accommodate the request.Parking space is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis.A damaged deposit of £50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. You should be reimbursed within 14 Days of checkout. The dining room is nice and breakfast was very tasty both mornings, with a constant supply of freshly cooked food on the buffet, a decent selection of cereals, jams for toast, and fresh juices. The staff were all very nice, polite and helpful. Everyone I spoke to couldn't do enough to help us. Parking is at the front of the hotel (£10 a night, cash only), there's also free on street parking at the side of the hotel. The location was great for us; there's a bus stop and tram stop directly in front of the hotel. The Tower is only a few stops away so we got there in about 5 minutes, the Pleasure Beach is further away, but still only about 15 minutes on a direct tram. There's a co-op a few minutes walk away, and a selection of take aways and shops within 10 minutes walk. We didn't go in the bar, but the other guests we spoke to said it was nice.
