Good location close to the seafront, really warm welcome, really comfy bed, lovely little breakfast in the morning for £5 add on. Highly recommend for a little break.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool. From the outset, the owners, Kath and Rick, impressed us with their warm, professional approach. They kept in touch via text prior to our arrival to confirm arrangements for an extra bed we had requested through booking.com and provided a welcome message and point of contact—an incredibly thoughtful and helpful touch for any guest. One of the stand-out features was the "honesty bar"—a self-serve system where guests can help themselves to drinks such as beer, cider, or spirits from the optics. It’s a rare and refreshing gesture of trust that made the experience feel personal and respectful. While I’m sure there’s CCTV in place, the fact that guests are treated with such integrity sets this hotel apart. Our time in Blackpool was packed with activities—visits to the theatre, Pleasure Beach, and Sandcastle Waterpark—so we weren’t in the hotel during the day. However, whenever we returned, everything was spotless, the room was fresh and welcoming, and the Smart TV (with easy QR code login) made winding down with Netflix or Amazon Prime effortless. We’ll absolutely book again for future visits and would be happy to return as regular guests. Kath and Rick were every bit as friendly and approachable in person as their early messages suggested. On-site parking was another major plus, especially given the hotel's fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and seafront. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel remained peaceful and quiet throughout our stay, which made it even better for the kids.
