It's the 3rd time I've stayed here its always a pleasant stay clean tidy got all you need kettle t-bags coffee sugar ect hairdryer heater netflix WiFi...we had a issue with person in room smoking cannabis and it was smelling our room out i messaged and they sent someone out within a hour and the people was removed so we could enjoy the rest of our stay ......one thing I love about this hotel is if there are any issues it gets dealt with without any hassle

Great location in the town centre. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Codes for the doors instead of keys for extra security. Netflix was a great added extra included in the price of the room. Communication from the hotel was very good. Great value for money. .

We were able to request early check in which was great as we would have been walking around with our luggage for a couple hours (and it was free of charge) struggled to get the tv on at first but was fine after i got it. Smart Tv’s with access to Netflix and Youtube which when you have a little one is great because cable tv just doesnt help when youre trying to get ready or to leave

Very easy to get to, great security (other hotels leave the doors locked or unlocked and you have to wait for someone to sort it out) code entry is much easier to navigate. The wifi was pretty great too, i didnt have any issues. We booked a triple room and it was perfect for us and a child, beds were comfy, it was nice and warm without the heating on. There is a microwave under the stairs which i didnt realise but was great to warm up our left over food on a night. Last thing to add, its cheap and right next to the mcdonalds and the Coral Island amusements (not close enough to hear it, was a very very peaceful night surprisingly)
