The room was warm on arrival ( nice touch) great breakfast cooked fresh, very clean hotel. It felt very much like we were staying in a boutique hotel the way Dominic and Paul has decorated their place. The hotel is in a great location and very close to the Winter Gardens and Tower. They are genuinely very helpful hosts.
