The owners were wonderfully polite, helpfull and ran a spotless guest house. Super comfortable bed, private parking, great breakfast and great location with a nice walk into the hussle and bussle of the town. We will be booking again on our next trip to Blackpool as tried many other guest house, hotels etc and this is by far the nicest in many ways for us.

It was very clean and comfortable food was lovely and Trudy and Malcolm were very warming from the 1st moment we met looked after everyone will be going back soon

Wonderful welcoming hosts Trudi and Malcolm. Arrived and was offered a twin room instead of single which was on first floor. Room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was excellent cannot fault it at all and Trudi was very accommodating providing extra coffee and toast if wanted.
