The owner was lovely. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities with extra supplies if we needed them. Water was hot in shower.

The close proximity to winter gardens and the tower. Plenty of tea and coffee, friendly/helpful staff.

we were in Blackpool for a Clubland event and the location was perfect for what we needed. had its own toilet and shower which was a bonus for the price
