Easy check in, parking was an added bonus. Breakfast was really lovely, it came with a choice of cereals, orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners were really lovely too including their gorgeous staffy bella. We were in room 4 which was really lovely. Towels and toiletries were supplied too which was a nice touch.

Excellent value for money right on the seafront, but away from the noisier part. Right between the Tower and the Pleasure Beach. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you 😊

The couple are so friendly and helpful the hotel is right next to a tram stop and half way between central pier and the Pleasure Beach and McDonald's is a 2min walk away.

Lovely hotel on the promenade right between 2 tram stops good access to beach pubs and convenience stores, lovely room big bay window facing the sea get very warm though with sun shining on it had a quick water heater and a coffee machine plenty of tea and coffees and milk
