Great hostess Nicki. Excellent breakfast…quality produce and nice coffee. Convenient location with parking outside. Quiet…good nights sleep!

Great location tram stop at the end of the road.Free parking. Nicki and Nick very welcoming and friendly.Room was lovely bed comfy and clean,had everything we needed for our stay.Breakfast was continental and full cooked breakfast really nice to set us up for the day.
