I did not eat breakfast, so I could not comment on that. The location is a bit further from the Town centre, but there are frequent buses. The bus stop is 1 minute from the building.

We really enjoyed are stay. It’s 2mins walk from the beach and 10mins from Pleasure Beach. Room was small but clean comfortable and great value for money. Garry was lovely and he is there whenever you need any help. There is a bar and you can get a nice breakfast. We would definitely stay again.
