Great location 10 minutes walk from Blackpool South train station we booked up for 2 nights our room was ready for us on arrival around 4pm and the room itself is big enough for a couple big double bed and nice warm shower with kettle tea bags and some snacks left over. Also the breakfast laid on in the morning was great and free of charge. We will be back again next year for sure

This was a great place to stay with such friendly and helpful hosts. Only a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. Warm and comfortable and so quiet. 5 Stars, well done.
