We as a family love it , it as everything you need. Very clean we have now booked for our 3rd stay for new year .

We loved the location very ideal. So close to tram. Both Tvs bedroom and front were smart TVs which was really amazing and ideal for children. The value we paid for the stay was a good price. The balcony in the room was a lovely touch. Easy access for children as it was bottom floor. It was very spacious and cosy both bedroom and living room. Kitchen had all the essentials needed which was brilliant and welcoming. It was nice and tidy and this was our second time and would definitely will be booking again.
