The guys allowed us to check in earlier than expected, from when we arrived they told us they had upgraded our room to the king size room free of charge which was so appreciated, Massive room, well cleaned, very happy to stay here again. Thanks guys!

Fantastic guest house 2 min walk from train station. Eddie and Mick were welcoming hosts providing everything you needed. Immaculate room, decorated throughout the building to a high standard. Comfiest of bed in a very quiet area. Very nice touches with the chocs and biscuits alongside the tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water in the fridge. Wouldnt hestitate to stay again when in Blackpool.
