Very clean and comfortable, billy and Julie were fantastic hosts,and Billy even took us to the train station when we were going home Breakfast was amazing, everything that you would want. All was very good, nothing to complain about. Would definitely go back

Julie and Billy were incredibly welcoming, friendly and thoughtful hosts Homely touches that made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing Beautiful, clean and cosy B&B with a lovely atmosphere Gorgeous breakfast Excellent location near the Tower and seafront Easy to get around from the hotel Ground floor room accommodation was really appreciated as a walking stick user Free parking and overall relaxing experience Would happily return and highly recommend to others

We loved everything about our stay. We were greeted on arrival by Billy & Julie and were offered tea/coffee and biscuits and sat down and had a lovely chat. Our room was the accessible room on the ground floor which was great. Comfy bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Lots of lovely biscuits in our room and plenty of tea and coffee and milk. You could have a top up of anything each day if needed. Breakfast was lovely a full English each day and there were also cereals, yogurt and juice. After breakfast Billy & Julie joined us and we had a great chat and with the other guests. Everyone was made to feel so welcome. We were there for the Northern Soul weekender and the other guests were too so we were like a family. Nothing is too much trouble for Billy & Julie. Another bonus is free parking on site and the accommodation is so close to town. We are going back again later in the year it was so good.

From the lovely welcome at the start of our stay, the beautiful clean room and the fantastic cooked breakfast. Billy and Julie, treated us and every other guest like family.
