The welcome we received from Michael from the minute we walked through the door was outstanding, from the cup of tea/coffee & biscuits, the welcome video was very informative and he carried all our bags up to our room.

Michael was outstanding and couldn't do enough to make the stay any better. Every possible convenience in the room. Very clean and maintained to a high standard.

Situated in a great spot on a quieter road but close to tram/bus stop for easy access to town/attractions. Rooms were beautiful, clean & comfortable & had everything needed for stay. Michael was a great host. Breakfast - there was a great choice & it was delicious.

Very happy with everything regarding the Pembroke. Michael was an excellent host. Room was spacious and absolutely spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice and quality was brilliant. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.
