Excellent location. Welcoming & extremely accommodating host. Offered a hot drink & biscuits on arrival, which was a lovely touch. A clean & cosy B&B. Nothing was to much trouble for Michael.

Quiet area but close to tramline. Beautiful property with large rooms, well presented and clean. Coffee machine in room and in the residents lounge.
