Hosts Leigh and Sue made us feel so very welcome, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were knowledgeable, sociable and happy to help in any way. Facilities were fairly basic, but it had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable, and was great value for money. Breakfast was very tasty, and the location was perfect in getting to the Pleasure Beach.
