Our two night stay was amazing Jane and John were very welcoming room had everything we needed really cozy and comfortable the breakfast was amazing 10 out of 10 location was perfect also the pool table was a touch would definitely stay again 😊 thank you again

Upon arrival, I was made to feel welcome and that remained throughout my stay. The room was well appointed and the breakfast was possibly the best I've ever had. I won't stay anywhere else now in Blackpool, thank you.

The owners John and Jane was lovely and so attentive straight at the bottom of the stairs waiting for you to take you to your table for breakfast tea and coffee nrouhht to your table right away the brealfast was amazing the scrambled eggs are a must to get everything made fresh. Our room was clean tidy with towels on ned on arrival with condamemts in your room we have a fab weekend and we will be returning to the hotel when we go avain
