Both of the hosts (Laura abd Jay) were very welcoming, friendly and approachable. Our double room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Extra bedding had been provided if needed. The room was quiet and had access to a radiator and heating if needed. The cost of the booking was very reasonable considering this also included a good breakfast.

Wow!! What a beautiful well presented guest house! The nicest we've stayed in 💗 It's run by the loveliest couple who went above and beyond for us! Such lovely little touches added too 💗 And the best poached eggs I've EVER had

I loved our accommodation. It was just like the pictures, very stylish and authentic to the age of the property. I researched surrounding properties and I wasn't disappointed. Our room was lovely, the bed especially, super comfortable and old-fashioned but with a modern slant on the furnishings. The heating was nice after the chilly sea breeze. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk....lots of milk! You never get enough at properties, these were very generous and biscuits too. There was a small television, wardrobe, bedside tables and lots of different lighting ,for ambience. The shower, although small, was clean and plenty of hot water. The toiletries were complimentary with a nice fragrance. We had fresh towels each day and the drinks replenished each day too. We had a lovely hot breakfast, cooked exactly to our preferences. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Jay was there to greet us on arrival and we were given real keys, no problems about not working, like the key-pads and other technology! We were close to the beach, just around the corner. Not far from all of the attractions. There was a small shop across the road too. It was only a five minute walk from the train station as well. Ideal....I would highly recommend this B and B.

Both Jay and his wife made conversations, made an effort speaking to my son, My son wanted frosties for breakfast so Jay's wife went out to get it for him which was really thoughtful, hotel was nice and clean
