The location was great, 2mins walk from the train station, a few minutes walk to the rides and waterpark. The lady,.who served us at the dinning Saturday morning & mond morning has the best customer service. The rest dont really care, especially the old tall gentleman at the bar

Staff were friendly, room was good for the price but did reflect the price. Good location, behind pleasure beach.

The bar area and the facilities pool table and some kids acade things. Pound machines for food, sweets and toys. The staff very helpful and friendly. Shelly was very helpful telling us where kid friendly pubs were and catering to our breakfast needs.
