Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was busy but still peaceful. Breakfast was good, not a huge choice of hot food and very busy. Small wait for a table even in the "quieter" noted times. Rooms were clean. Little small for a family room, by the time we had a pram, cot etc but manageable.
