We have stayed here before and we love the location. It’s slightly out of town, close to a tram stop and surprisingly glamorous inside (the outside is not attractive!). On our first visit, we had a standard bedroom, the bed was HUGE and so comfortable, the room was clean and we had a lovely relaxing stay! This time, on arrival, we were offered a free upgrade, we wish we hadn’t taken it! The breakfast was absolutely bang on and well worth the £10 each that we paid on check-in!
