Great location and easy to access. Close to a tram stop for connections to all areas of the sea front. Spacious accommodation and impeccably clean with very comfortable bed. Fully equipped with dishwasher , freezers and the little touches like washing up liquids, kitchen towel. Etc. tea and coffee , milk in the fridge above and beyond what was expected.
