Exceptionally, very warm welcome. Perfect hosts. Close to Opera House, plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast perfectly cooked.

The location is great and the staff were exceptional, with great communication skills, ensuring we had all the information required for a comfortable and safe stay. Breakfast was very good and the entire hotel was clean and warm.

This was a family weekend stay in a B&B that looks like any other in Blackpool from the outside. What made it special were the hosts. From the welcome, to the goodbyes they were ten out of ten. We will be back.
