John was very friendly and extremely helpful. The Glen is in a quiet side street and we heard no noise at all from outside. The room was small but comfortable and spotless, and contained everything we needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We were able to store our bags at the hotel after the stated checkout time.

Our stay at The Glen Guest House was lovely from start to finish, Our host John & his husband Tony were amazing just what you look for in hosts..We've been visiting Blackpool for 20 yrs & this has been by far our best experience of a guest house/hotel yet. The two room we booked were amazing everything in it that you need even down to face flannels for our make up & bathrobes ( Nice touch 💋) our beds were spotlessly clean with pure white crisp cotton sheets & lovely white towels in the toilet.. The cooked breakfast was amazing & done to perfection along with a selection of various cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts & fruit juices. And to top it off they have the cutest most well behave two westies. The guest house is situated just a minutes walk from the beach & other local attractions & with private parking it was a bonus.. Looking forward to retuning next Yr.. Helen & Don 😊
