Nice place, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms basic but that's Blackpool, they're the same all round, .. Breakfast is quality tho, and worth the room rate itself .. Nice comfy bed and quiet at night.

Great location, 5 mins from train station on foot. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lovely young lady showed us to our room and gave us hotel information. No noise for such a busy area in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, very personal service, with plenty of tea, coffee & toast, served by 2 really nice gentlemen. 10 mins maximum to the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay & can’t wait to return. The location was absolutely perfect for us. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was brilliant. Will definitely return as soon as we can.
