How friendly the staff were, very warm and cosy. Beds so comfortable had 2 great night's sleep. Brilliant location and very quiet. What makes this place is the staff couldn't do enough for you.

It was in a great location we wanted to be near winter gardens and the centre and it was 10 mins walk. There was a great car park opposite that offered parking for days.
