Very friendly welcome, neat little room. Close to the beach and to the club I visit. Clean bathroom and separate shower stall, kettle etc. Value for money for my needs.

Ideal position to enjoy the many things Blackpool has to offer.. So close to the sea front and pleasure beach.. Tram stop at the end of the road..
